Support Cover

In addition to the Annual Licence, we recommend that all customers also take out a software support contract with their Accredited Partner.

Unlike the Annual Licence, all support contracts are independent of Orbis Software, and are purely between you and your Accredited Partner.

A support contract will ensure that you have access to product support when you need it, plus you have the assurance that in addition to their own skilled staff, your Accredited Partner has the resources of the Orbis Support Team behind them to assist with any related software issues.

Our Partners are in turn supported by our own helpdesk, staffed with experienced Support Technicians. If your Accredited Partner encounters a software issue that requires further investigation, you can be assured that we are working in conjunction with them to provide you with a solution.
