This automated Task provides the Operations Manager with real-time information on the daily cost / profit of each vehicle.

Schedule This Event Tool was used to create the first Step in the process that schedules the Task to be run on a daily basis.

Database Query (ODBC) This Input Tool was used to create the second Step in the process that queries the database to return vehicle details, calculates the profit per vehicle and then presents the data in a record.

Format As HTML This Format Tool was used to create the third Step in the process that puts the vehicle data into a table.

Send Message (SMTP) This Output Tool was used to create the last Step in the process that sends an email, incorporating the table, to the Sales Manager.
