As a result, we have produced three different editions of TaskCentre so that there is a product and pricing model to meets your specific business needs. These editions are the usage model, functionality model and vendor-aligned model and are explained in more detail below :Usage Model
The usage model enables organisations to purchase 'Task Packs' that include all of the Tools and functional capabilities of the standard TaskCentre product, but restrict the number of Tasks that may be created and therefore the number of business processes that may be automated.
The benefit of this model is that organisations can use all of TaskCentre's BPM Tools and connectivity abilities to address their business process needs whilst also having the luxury of being able to buy further Task Packs as and when they wish to automate additional business processes.

Functionality Model
The functionality model enables organisations to buy individual TaskCentre BPM Tools to meet their specific business process needs. For example, an organisation may wish to reduce the amount of time employees spend manually creating and sending Crystal Reports and therefore opt to buy the Scheduler, ODBC, Run Crystal Report and Send SMTP Tools.
The benefit of this model is that these Tools are unlimited in terms of how many times an organisation can use them and there is no restriction on the amount of data sources you can connect to.
Additional Tools can also be bought when required e.g. Format as HTML or Send SMS.

Vendor-Aligned Model
In addition to the above, we also provide an extensive number of vendor-aligned products. These vendor-aligned products come with a predetermined number of BPM Tools and will only connect to the specific vendor application.
The benefits of these vendor-aligned products are that the product has been designed and priced for your primary business application, i.e. Microsoft GP, and that you may buy additional Tools or connection packs to other third party products your company may have.
